If so, it’s been a long season.

From the minute the “Shatterday” episode of The New Twilight Zone finished airing, I was hooked. I could mainline his stories and end up with a broken brain - my SO at the time literally had to tell me, “take a break, dear, Harlan is possessing you.”

But if he got depressed and went on a mead bender and lost his form, then had to get whipped back into shape by Loki and Valkyrie, I would watch that movie.

They wasted Angela Bassett as Marie Laveau. Why would I wait around to see if they course-corrected for an entire different story? Even the characters with ‘happy’ endings did not have satisfying arcs. It was messy and aggravating, and just ... no.
