Barack Obama: got himself elected President. TWICE.

Can’t wait for the Root article to come out and roast this bitch. +1 if it’s Michael Harriot.

Do a couple Hanes commercials, and now he thinks he’s Mr. Showtime Moviestar! Well, listen up, joyboy, cause I got a newsflash: You and your good time hooligans might get your jollies pissing on the American flag, but in my day, that flag meant something. Sure, Ol Glory isn’t the prettiest flag, but in my day, we

Yeah, I’m enjoying the show so far and never expected a completely faithful adaptation, so the repeated “why isn’t this like the book???” is getting old...

I’m beginning to think that the problem with these ‘binge’ reviews is that they don’t give the reviewer time to move on from their initial impression (also they get knocked off the front page too quickly, but that’s a different issue.) In this case, we’ve got three consecutive reviews of “this isn’t like the book. I

Of course, Camille could have taken a blue bottle and her suspicions to the police rather than allow herself to get poisoned nearly to death. But then, those would have been the actions of a sane reporter.

> How can I look a black boy in his face and tell him he is nothing?

Look, Luvvie is around my age; I will sing you I’m Ready and Can We Talk all day long. Now, her origins may be part of the problem; she apparently didn’t reach the States until the age of 9, but my dad used to play the hell out of that album even when I was little.
