That would be an excellent feint/misdirection!

No idea, was just thinking out loud. I guess a bandaid would be to use some epoxy to glue a magnet to the key, and then rather than a separate string and magnet, just fish a long piece of metal that the magnet can latch onto.
Rather than a key on a string that is attached to the cap, I would hide a string with a conspicuous looking magnet nearby. The key can be in a plastic bag at the bottom of the pipe- weatherproofed against rust- and the magnet will be able to grab it.
HR managers? That's surprising. I was under the impression that women were actually overrepresented and paid fairly in that area; I've probably spoken to a couple hundred people in HR over the past several years and I can't recall a single time when the HR manager wasn't a woman. Heck, my mom has been in HR for a…
They probably already made off with a few grand. I never underestimate the propensity of FF fanboys and fangirls to shell out money for branded junk.
I agree. Someone in a serious relationship not wanting to discuss finances, financial habits, and expectations for the future would be a huge red flag for me. Money is one of the biggest contributors towards divorce, so it seems counterintuitive for a serious couple to be cagey about having money talks.
You're pretty close— when it's a new automobile and the default/repossession happens within the first 3 years of the loan term, 50% recovery definitely happens. Work trucks are actually the strongest when it comes to holding their value post auction sale. The worst are SUVs and sedans that are popularly used as…
The default rate on all autos is about 1%. It has hovered around that rate for a very long time. If anyone defaults once, their chance of being in default again will remain significantly high for the remainder of the loan term. The automobile is definitely the last thing people will default on. Chances of locating…

I was always under the impression that you could not isolate areas for fat loss and any gains or losses of fat in a particular area are more or less a result of body type/genetics.
Yeah. We were an incredibly tight group, but it also promoted group think. One of the other quirks about the company was that we would have a morning meeting/brief, with everyone reporting....every single morning. It was important to have consensus during these morning meetings. We did wind up making the company…
lol this. One of the places I was at, everyone had to take part in cleaning the headquarters every end of day Friday, from the office space, bathrooms, to warehouse. VP, managers, everyone. Container of components shipped in? Everyone unloaded it. Even though I was doing marketing, I didn't mind that too much…
The "old-school train of thought" seems to be that you have to suffer before you attempt to succeed. I remember the first time I heard this phrase. I worked with a group of people on a big engineering project, and we were expected to stay at work until six or seven in the evening, even though there wasn't anything to…
My past career as a tech writer helped me get over the fear of asking dumb questions. My first job was at an engineering firm. I wrote how-to manuals for complex gas sampling tools. It was intimidating, and I was afraid to speak up when I didn't understand the fundamentals. My co-worker helped me get over this. "You…
Not only that, but the tail markings and registration gleaning what base the craft was sortied from.
Sprinkled on top of a pat of butter that rests a top a nice quality slab of meat. Yes!
A lot of good sakes are perfectly okay and recommended to drink slightly chilled.
