Are you as a taxpayer going to pay for the huge increase in the number of trials that will result from a massive drop in the number of plea deals? Are you going to serve on juries repeatedly, and ask those you know to do so as well? Are you going to be OK with poor minority defendants rotting away in jail before trial…

I wish half the men that bitch about equality would take a second to listen to women about why these spaces are valuable. It’s not about exclusion. It’s about safety.

Then completely segregate all institutions of higher education by gender (all-male and all-female colleges and universities, none co-ed) and be done with it. If men are that dangerous and women that fearful in any co-ed setting, then there shouldn’t be any co-ed settings anywhere.

I wish it were abolished because women no longer have anything to fear in non-segregated spaces.
