I’d try to clarify what the new responsibilities are. Sometimes, from a lower level on the org chart, the responsibility looks different than it does when it’s your job.

Does JLo have an album coming out? A new single that Drake is on? This relationship will be for like 6 months and then it’ll be over because that’s when the promotion of it will be completed. Drake will do whatever he can to fill the void that Rihanna left in her wake until she is 110% ready for him. He loves Rih but…

I like these and I use a variation of them for new jobs. But does any one have any good questions to ask for a interview for a promotion? Of course there are questions that only I would know to ask because its specific to my organization and/or my potential supervisor, but any standard questions that should be asked?

Next holiday season I plan to be out of country. I cannot deal with this stuff and I do not even have children yet. Thanksgiving and Christmas are definitely going to be an out of town type of deal. Possibly New Years if I can afford that too.

Generally in the morning...but I have skin ailments (I bleed a lot) so if I need to I will wash morning and night. That comes with a whole host of other issues, especially in the winter, because that extra washing makes me dry even though it is necessary. I can’t win really.

I got that email. I purchased my new fave red matte. Beso by Stila. omg its so bright and pigmented. I purchased a lip liner to compliment it and foundation Nars Velvet Matte skin tint which gives me such a beautiful finish. I’m so in love.
