Why did Microsoft have to do a deal with Apple over this? What have Apple ever given Microsoft in return?

An HD remake of Halo??? Excuse me while I go change my underpants...
@Borello-Crompton: One of the reasons I never buy a game when it comes out. Not only do I save money but I get a patched game leading to a better experience.
@akidderz: Nope; it's just plain wrong.
1. He's not a terrorist
@Platypus Man: This is brilliant; exactly what it should have been.
Epic. Win.
Surely dedicated home broadband doesn't even cost that much in the US?
Couldn't buy the set as I am in the UK but very much looking forward to the series.
Dear NASA. Forget a new lunar explorer, all we need is some paper...
Whenever I read an article like this I feel the need to point out that it merely means it's a blow to complex life evolving on alien worlds that are similar to life as we know it. @boneheadotto: Unfortunately, the US is pretty much portrayed the same way in the world whatever medium you look at.
@Craig Cragoo Fernandez: How does it attract users outside your friend's list?
@muyoso: Yup, and Android was pretty poor when it first started and I stuck with it. Time for another journey even though I will hugely miss a lot of the features from Android (Chrome-to-phone is brilliant and the satnav had more than once helped me out).
Without a doubt: Little Big Adventure (1 and 2). Brilliant music and incredible memories; never hear these amazing games mentioned these days.
@resvrgam: If that does come about then I think they should change the character and tweak the background so the imagery is totally different whilst keeping the gameplay intact.
@a.seivewright: It's Russian; the West likes to talk only about their own achievements.
WOW; I am impressed. (Not with the actual video footage though!)
That looks sweet; it's great to see Android mature into what is arguable the best mobile OS out there. Shame I won't be there for the rest of the ride but plan on jumping ship to WP7 and go along for that ride.
