Steak can safely be cooked medium rare because any contaminants are mainly on the outside of the meat, but hamburger can’t, because it’s all ground up, and has to be thoroughly cooked to 165 degrees in all cases. Everybody should now this by now.

Love the sleeper aspect of the brick, and this is one of those cars that I haven’t really seen the ‘drop an LS in’ method, though I would have probably put more fun wheels on it.  Interior is in way nicer shape than I’ve seen in an older Volvo.
