I really miss my old 89 Jeep. Drive quality, it was worse than awful, old beat up interior, crap radio, but I loved driving it.

The car also stops once you walk away from the car. So he was close to the car when it hit the trailer or the key flob was in the car

Actually the driver of the Model S is parked illegally on the wrong side of the road. Had he been behind the trailer legally the Model S would have sensed the trailer and stopped before hitting it.
