Ideally there would be a special law that only applies to “Sovereign Citizens” called the Taze On Sight Law. The moment someone declares they are a Sovereign Citizen, any law enforcement personnel present is instantly allowed to taze and arrest the subject. It would save a lot of time. 

It has come to my attention that those who walk the halls of power are, for the most part, above the law. So no, he will probably not be prosecuted. Now get back to work.
