All you need to not move your xbox around is a chromecast and plex/the chrome browser itself for your PC.  My PC is in the basement and I can watch all the sports and movies I want anywhere in my house.

Adding to what others have said, it’s almost impossible to quick scope with a m/kb.  People who are good at that with a controller will be hard pressed to give that up for slightly faster flicks and no aim assist.
