I think the thing that most people are upset about (if they are indeed upset), is that MS said the Kinect had to be included with the system, it wouldn't work without it. A year later, now this. That is just dishonest. Reminds of the SimCity online requirements.

As others have pointed out, VGChartz isn't a good source. It's like using wikipedia, don't do it. I have my doubts about it being that close to their shipped number. I see Xbones on shelves at every store I go to. I have yet to see one PS4.

But MS's numbers are units shipped to store, not sold through to consumers. Sony's numbers are sold through. (Source, friend who works at Best Buy).

I'm getting through Tomb Raider, still playing Titanfall, and I want to check out Child of Light. Watch_Dogs will finish out the month for me. Oh, and WildStar beta. I like the game, but at this point in my life I can't justify a sub fee.

The only time I pre-order stuff is when GS has a decent promotion on trades towards a pre-order. I platinumed ISS then paid a total of $15 to get Watch_Dogs. Not too shabby IMO.
