The most obvious reason is that there are only two VC25’s. There are usually at least three helo’s and sometimes up to five. Not much of a shell game when there’s only two shells.

Tyler already posted those videos. At least half of it looks like training and/or pilots screwing around over safe territory. The Mi-24 is not a very safe craft to fly low over contested territory in the middle of the day. Plus there is no tactical reason to blow off that many flares when you’re down in slingshot…
