Is it bad that, three seasons in, we do not know very many details of a main character’s personal life, including something as basic as who they are attracted to, if they are attracted to anybody? Kind of!
Also, the show is set in 1961. You do not have a female character present herself in the way that Susie does in a

Midge’s performance at the Apollo was incredibly cringe-inducing. I found it somewhat hard to believe that Midge could be so callously insensitive, given she knew what Shy’s been through.

I didn’t dislike her until she so blithely teased out the personal details that Shy had entrusted her with. How dare she? And I don’t care if that’s how she interpreted what Shy’s manager had said. Shy did not give her permission to do it, so she should not have even considered it for a second.

Abe got a job at The Village Voice which has a very interesting history with the LGBT+ community - In 1960, it moved from 22 Greenwich Avenue to 61 Christopher Street in a landmark triangular corner building adjoining Sheridan Square, and a few feet west of the Stonewall Inn. - the Stonewall riots were not until 69',

The show’s disinterest in exploring what Susie *wants* for herself beyond hoping Midge will make her rich has become kind of frustrating, three full seasons in.

She’s only confirmed her dislike of hetero 1950s marriage and a majority of men, but that’s more because her father was a deadbeat, her brothers are jerks, and she’s watching her sister go through a terrible marriage to a brute. Her dislike of Joel was that he was a joke stealing phony who thought he was charming and

No one should be paying Little Ceasar’s any attention. Straight up garbage pizza. Probably the only pizza I can’t eat and I’ve eaten some questionable pizza, including left-out-for-a-few-days pizza.

Truly. No erotic massage is complete without Stilton.

Yep. There’s also a not-overstate-able difference between what Billy B does and fucking tripping a player on the field of play during a return, for chrissakes.

With over two minutes to go, maybe Tomlin was afraid to put the ball in the hands of an elite quarterback like Blake...I just can’t. Even for the sake of a lame joke.

He’s coached close football games before.

As much fun (and narrative sense) it makes to blame those stupid 4th down plays, the reason the Steelers lost this game is that their defense blew nuts. The offense scored 42 points even with all those miscues. It’s the most ever scored in a home playoff loss.

I get, and even appreciate, honest introspection after such a loss, but this is the second time in a row that Big Ben has basically assigned blame on the play calling directly after the loss while seemingly washing his own hands of the mess. Just the speed he seems to do it with is baffling.

One of the biggest offenses is requiring people to invest so much on the front end in inventory before they have any proven record of ability or success. I’m surprised the FTC hasn’t filed an action against this company.

Dude. A highly desirable product? Most women do not want to leave the house dressed like 4-year olds. Pipe down with this assessment of your fugly-ass, rip-apart-at-the-first-wear clothing.

The story by the Milwaukee reporter wasn’t just about people being drugged in Mexico at resorts, but about the discovery that TripAdvisor was deleting posts from people who had stayed at these resorts and posting about their experiences of being drugged/roofied and sometimes even assaulted.

Getting blackout drunk on vacation in Mexico is...being blamed on...something?

Maybe the advertisers signed on the dotted line before knowing who would host but the way the ratings are down they must be getting major rebates.

I say we start a petition of some sort to get Bobby tickets for Megyn Kelly’s show because I would love to read about his visit to that set.
