Yes, 100% this, and just to expand on the “farmers market” bit, what you’re looking for is local, unprocessed honey from as near where you live as possible, not something in the grocery store trucked in from elsewhere. Honey made by local bees is made out of the same local plants that cause your allergies. Eating a

Can someone please photoshop me a zoom background that lets me be a passenger in the car of Toonces the Driving Cat? Tysm!

Oh she was beyond concerned, she was “appalled” by the booing. She’s truly brave, that one. Being so “appalled” and all.

Easy NP, but personally I’d hold out for the wood sided Buick version:

Dead tapes + shitty reefer + old Volvo wagons = my misspent youth.

Huh. Small world, but I grew up outside of Hartford, CT, one town over from where this boat is located. One of my best buds in high school had this same car, but older—I want to say 81 or 82? It was hilarious to drive in the snow. You could crank the wheel 720 degrees in one direction as fast as you could, then 720

DO EET!

Yeah, that’s a beaut of a color. Wish they’d bring back “sandstone metallic” from the p80 generation as well. I had a 98 xc70 in that and I spent not an insignificant amount of time just walking around it in different lights, watching it change from gold to brown to purple.

Click through the link. Its assessed value is $135,547 and they’re paying $1,686 per year in property taxes. I shit you not.

Yeah, exactly. In Columbus Ohio “no rust” means you can see most of the rocker panels from twenty feet away.

That’s a great choice. The bus sounds like fun, but if it’s -10 outside it’s -5 in the bus. Crap heater, no insulation, lots of windows. Plus no AWD. The Sienna is better in every way, except pure cubic feet I guess. Have a great season!

Wow! Only eight grand to look like a total a-hole everywhere I go??? I’LL TAKE IT!!1!!!!1!

Yeah, I also had a brief CP moment before settling on NP. You could probably get one for half the cost elsewhere, but it’d be in much worse shape. IMO, it’s worth paying a little extra for the one in good shape in this instance.

Yeah, I mean there’s a reason Chrysler equipped these things with five digit odometers.

Yeah, this. Subaru only sold the SVX as an automatic because they didn’t have a stick shift laying around that could handle the power. To stick the same motor in here and then attach it to the original VW four speed??? Tells you all you need to know about how well thought out this was, and how much of a headache it is

Local Old Volvo Enthusiast here checking in, wondering why 150k is considered “high mileage.”

Also had an ‘81 Accord sedan. For all you youths out there, it’s almost impossible to explain how much better these cars were than the crap the big three was selling at that time. Just the gauge cluster alone was like a revelation in what was possible, how cars could and should be engineered and built and so on and so

Fair enough. I didn’t mean to be so harsh, it’s just that these two wastes of oxygen fill me with blinding rage.

It’s tennis, but on a tiny little court so one doesn’t have to run around like some filthy commoner.
