It honestly varies in my office. We’re “business casual” but I usually wear Toms, leggings, and a cute top. I rarely put on a whole face or bother doing my hair. I interact with my clients remotely so I’m not really trying to impress anyone.

Don’t confuse actual private text messaging direct from your phone and the third party app they’re clearly using. Depending on the policies within that app is where the line will be drawn. Casting calls regularly ask for “athletic build Caucasian” or “attractive female with a light skin tone” and they’re getting shit for this? nah, fuck that. That’s ridiculous. They have a writer and producer with a vision and they should be able to find that.

A majority of them have been doing well though. Lauren Graham was in Parenthood, Jared Padalecki is in Supernatural, Alexis Bledel has been in some major movies, etc.....I think the career differences aren’t very noticed. Melissa McCarthy has gone the furthest but I don’t think anyone’s really failing lol

You’re an amazing and strong woman and if anyone ever tells you otherwise I hope you punch them right in the face. Making that decision couldn’t have been easy but I commend your courage to do so. The best of luck in your future to you and your husband!
