Oops—meant to say that it's a shame they didn't ever seem to get as much credit for being one of the first American bands to really incorporate ska into their music—-a good decade before it became the cool thing to do,with bands like No Doubt and Sublime blowing up and getting major airplay with it—-while Fishbone's

What about the males,too?

Trust me, neither of those bands sound alike one single bit—-hopefully you're actually listened to them by now.

It certainly was, and very eclectic, too. Check out this book called Grits, Noise, and Revolution, which is about that era in Detroit rock history, then also check out Why Be Something That You're Not, which is about Detroit's underground hardcore scene in the mid-80s ( I didn't even know they had one in the first

I'd never heard of the Stooges, until I discovered an old worn-out cassette tape in my mother's record shelf cabinet (yep, this was back in the day) and played it. While hearing it, I thought, "This sounds like punk rock, except it's '60's music!" I was into classic rock at the time, so that's how I knew it was old

Saw the original 2011 French film, and it kicked ass,for real. Basically, in a nutshell, this drug dealer ends up having his son kidnapped by a big drug boss because he stole some of their drugs. He's given a certain amount of limited time to return said drugs if he wants to see his son alive and kicking again, and

What "annoying image"? The woman can sing her behind off, I love her old-school throwback look, and her whole entire first album was off the hook (especially that "Tightrope" song.) Nothing wrong with her at all, as far as this listener's concerned.

Heard the song when it came out a couple of years before the film NBK, and though it was cool how he was singing about the state of the world as it was happening right then and there. Cohen's not and has never been a great singer—but his lyrics—especially in this song—-kick ass, anyway.

Ha ha—-loved that song by Steve Martin,-i was sick as hell, but fun to watch—-saw the film when it came out, and yeah it was crazy—-I grew up seeing the original, too

Bwahahaha!

Saw Brooklyn's Finest, and it was really good for what it was—-it wasn't anywhere near a 'waste of time", as you put it.

Yep, a really good actress who often gets overlooked because she's not the so-called classic beauty (and, yeah, she pretty nearly owned '90s indie film for a good while) but she's always brought a genuine likability and realness to her characters that just makes you feel them, no matter what she's in. Really like her

Those "child killers" (the Memphis Three) were exonarated for the simple fact that there was never even enough real evidence to convict them of the crime to begin with—they were pretty much railroaded for it, which was already proven.

Impressive? You're both screwed in the head—-no wonder you were friends, and your ex-friend was clearly nothing but a hateful dick.

He had a big role recently in the Kevin Hart-Ice Cube comedy RIDE ALONG, which was not only a decent and actually kind of funny flick, but it was also one of the year's earliest and most unexpected box-office hits when it was released. Dude's crazy but straight-up funny (and still smoking hot) and talented as all

TMZ is not only a bottom feeder show—it's the s*** you scrape off the bottom OF the bottom feeder—that's how bad it is.

Ha ha ha ha ha! You'd better copyright that in a hurry!

I didn't consider it a sci-fi flick at all—-I didn't really know too much about the film when I saw it,and didn't know Bowie was in it (which was a cool surprise) plus it was nice to hear Bale use his natural English accent for a change. Pretty good film, though.

Besmirch on! Ha ha ha!
