Getting in a negative headspace is normal; knowing how to find your way back quickly is what makes you a master at happiness.

Limit contact and when around them, increase your level of expressivity of your positive mindset. Our research shows is not the most negative or positive person who wins, it is the most expressive.

That is a hard situation because he is the new boss—but know this, his behavior is toxic. It doesn’t help you or the people outside the office who can’t even hear what he is saying.

Yes, unfortunately it is a choice that is easier for some than others. For sure there is research and experience that tells us that some people struggle making that choice. Those suffering from severe depression is one such example.

Yes! Griffin you’re what I call a “positive broadcaster.” You radiate a positive mindset and use that to deepen connections with others. Social support is the greatest predictor of longterm happiness we have, not to mention a huge fuel to success. Sounds like that was your natural strength and it helped you immensely
