Absolutely. I’m a contract lawyer so generally my work is pretty cooperative, but when opposing counsel sticks on things that are stupid to stick on I get very “professional sassy” VERY fast. The phrases “As previously discussed” and “We now believe this issue to be closed” are nice simple pieces of flair.
