This type of thing really illustrates how this game rises to the level of masterpiece. The designers/coders were absolute genius in creating a game that encourages and rewards people for finding alternate solutions, and not just the “correct” solution, to any given problem. It really gives people the sense of not just

Winston’s patch notes are funny, but his actual arcade mode change is that his shield now follows him instead of being ground-placed.

Developer Comment: It’s frustrating when you dive the backline by yourself and get no healing, especially when your team’s support heroes are busy respawning. This change should help keep you alive, at least.

I mean, its not a defect, its an intended design.  The encounter is designed with a specific amount of visibility available, extending your camera further out is effectively the same as wallhacking: you are using a third party program to see stuff you aren’t supposed to see at the same time.

Now playing

Oh, hey. Another anime list that ignores A Place Further than the Universe. What a surprise. -_-

Golden Kamuy is a treasure.

I will forever tell people to watch the NoClip doc about FF14 just to see what this man did and how he operates. That team genuinely gives a shit which is so anti corporate, not to mention his whole attitude and openness being almost unheard of in Japan period.

Yoshi-P remains an absolute treasure.

You’re supposed to play a cyber enhanced merc who either sneaks around and butchers people with forearm sickles or goes in all guns blazing, not an overweight american in a mobility scooter.

The Xenoblade games are some of the least grindy JRPGs I’ve ever played. And I’ve been playing JRPGs since Dragon Warrior on the NES. Monolith literally designed those games to be the anti JRPG in terms of game design. They provide so many ways to level up your party outside of combat. And you can just focus on the

The thing that’s extra fun about Unbending Steel is that the singer isn’t even a singer at all. It’s just a guy at the Square Enix office with a really deep voice, which Soken had heard at some point and became convinced would be the perfect fit for that track. Soken then nagged on that person for him to sing until he

The Shadowbringers story, 5.0 - 5.3, is the single best Final Fantasy story ever told. By miles. It’s close to one of the best game stories period, and might be my top pick were it not for games like the Witcher 3 or Nier: Automata. The writing is stellar, the voice acting has never been better, Emet-Sech and Elidibus

Cowboy Bebop is what got me into Jazz back during my freshman year of high school in 2000. SEATBELTS is just so damn good. I hate that it’s generally categorized as “old people” music.

What Planet Is This... is a fucking fire track.

Seconding Planetes as a recommendation, also want to throw in Vinland Saga which is an anime adaptation of the manga of the same name, by the same mangaka (Makoto Yukimura).

Psycho-pass, Darker than black, ID Invaded, Inuyashiki.

That was stunning. I’ve never seen that before, and I’m so glad you shared it!

She has savings and is still working from home. She wouldn’t risk their financial future just to buy a Switch. She was able to afford it. The girl wanted one last year, but she waited until they had more cash and until the girl was a bit older and would enjoy some of the more complex games.

When can I customize the home menu like the 3DS and Wii U? It makes no sense that Nintendo hasn’t implemented that feature yet.
