I wish we had one.  It seems like it would be really difficult to have a completely gluten-free restaurant. Can you really prevent people from bringing items with gluten into the restaurant that end up on surfaces? Aren’t there even body lotions that have gluten in them?

I have also noticed the much longer twilight from Detroit compared to Tampa. Down here once the sun sets you don’t have much twilight, maybe 20 minutes. I don’t think twilight ever makes it to 9pm. In Detroit it can last to 9:30. And in Minnesota it would almost make it to 10.
