Hell, I’ve got a lot of interactions on the hill (and friends there over the years) and I can say fairly confidently there probably IS an intern or spouse event going on at any given moment. Seriously, these people meet and have events like it was a Olympic sport.

I’m a former Hill staffer. There are zillions of events going on on the Hill at any given time. My boss had trouble knowing every damn event on her own calendar let alone everything else that might be happening. There’s no way any one Member can confidently* say that there are no intern or spouse events going on at…

I’m a black attorney and when I used to go to court regularly, everyone assumed I was one of the defendants. I would be in a suit and have my files with me but would still get told I would be called up to the bench when it was time for the judge to hear my plea.

Not sure what Delia’s is (grew up in a cultural wasteland), but I did see that some retailers are selling Caboodles again.

And the comments on his Instagram post are full of people who think it’s more plausible that George Clooney and KFC are part of a worldwide conspiracy against him than him experiencing some kind of mental health crisis.

Not that there will be any consequences, but possibly the only thing I’m enjoying about the year of absolute SUCK that is 2018, is the outing of the fact that MEN are the ones that are actually too emotional, unstable, unreliable, uncontrollable, and irresponsible to lead companies or governments.
