I agree, which would also argue against any quick romantic relationship on Claire's part, at least until that issue was settled. For Luke the writers dealt with trust issues, family issues, Reva's big lie, but did not address any of Claire's past issues from DD or JJ, as though they never happened and this was her

I agree. It is soooo unlikely Jessica wouldn't have come up in conversation, even if only for Claire's curiosity since the last time she saw Luke, she thought he and Jessica were together. Matt/Daredevil kept cropping up, in the form of the good lawyer friend she kept referring to. I think the JJ writers did a better

I don't disagree with your point, but I think dismissing and not exploring Claire's issues about being romantically involved with any of these heroes, especially after her unique perspective as their "special" nurse, does a disservice to a terrific character, one who is crucial to all the Defenders.

I don't disagree, but Claire is still trying to work things out in her own head - the reason for moving back home to her mom. I just think Claire would be giving much more thought and time to a romantic relationship than was depicted in the story.

My problem with Luke/Claire is the writers seem to have completely negated or eliminated Claire's past experience. Of course there'd be an attraction to Luke, but after her experience with Matt/Daredevil, I'm not convinced she'd enter a relationship with another such hero without more introspection and soul searching
