I use Evernote for information that I really want or need to keep. I wouldn't want to clutter it up with junk mail. Using a filter to dump the junk mail into a folder works great for me.

Choosing a theme is trickier than finding something that looks pretty. You also need to make sure it looks pretty on multiple browsers.
