I remember Paul Hogan doing a nice joking bit in 1987: "Let's not have the "I'm so happy he won instead of me" smile. Think of the audience. One or two of you could burst into tears. Storming off in a huff would be nice. What's wrong with a good old-fashioned booing?"

Agreed on Huppert but no SAG or BAFTA noms hurt her chances.

Which is funny as so many movie and TV shows (I mean from left side too like "Dave") have long pushed "a guy with no experience is JUST what we need to handle Washington!"

To be fair, qualifications don't prove everything. Look at James Buchnan: State legislator, congressman, senator, ambassador and Secretary of State. And yet he's remembered as the worst President of all time.

Really? You didn't have Amy Adams as "Overlooked" in Best Actress? I mean, she would have ended up losing to Stone but still deserved a nod, amazed she was left off Oscars after nominated everywhere else as Arrival sinks without her.

How about no snow since January 1st? And again, a week where it's hitting 70 in February is not a normal thing.

Chicago is currently in the middle of a week of solid temperatures in the mid to high 60s. In February. But don't worry, climate change is a massive conspiracy of 98 percent of all scientists.

Some turns are cool…..

Classic case of a series where you heard it and rolled your eyes only to end up loving.

Okay, had heard mention she had a nude scene on the show online.

Man, you cast Christine Lahti and NOT have her do scenes against Baranski? I wanted that showdown.

BTW, does Leslie show off more in the shower scene on the All Access version?

Again, the original pilot had Diane retiring after Hillary's win basically validated everything she'd fought for. Witness a kept bit later when she tells a friend "there's still glass ceilings to be broken." They had to add in the new opening when the election happened a week into shooting.

Is interesting how they wrote the pilot positive Hillary was going to win and Diane quitting as she felt it shattered the last glass ceiling. They were a week into shooting when the election happened and had to rewrite a few bits but actually adds to the drama of this liberal feminist watching in dismay as fifty-three

Anyone read the "Shakespeare's Star Wars" take on Episode I? It has Jar Jar making asides to the audience speaking intelligently and how he's playing the fool to help the others. Fun touch.

Lemons: A beautiful showcase of feelings after the 2016 election with some truly brilliant stuff. For example, when asked why white women didn't come out for Hillary, Lucy states "White women aren't sisters. We hate each other." Boils down so many feelings, especially Anderson's fantastic speech on how black people

I was really looking forward to seeing him perform that on the Oscar stage….

And sadly, too many on the right jumping on how "this is a conspiracy" to get Flynn out. Red State, a place that's usually more sane (they banned birther talk years ago) actually stated "Is this a coup by the Obama insiders left over?" Ugh.

Am sorry they couldn't work in a Faye Dunaway cameo.

Yeah, one of the worst burgers I've ever had.
