I like that as a bit in the comic was Jesse having to realize the hard way that what he says with the Word is taken literally (as proven by the poor soul who hears him say "Fuck yourself").

I'm worried about Cassidy. The scene of him doing Matrix-like moves on the hunters is so against the comic book character who had strength but, frankly, was a crappy fighter. In fact, when he and Jesse go at it once, Jesse notes Cassidy has relied on just punching and never learned to fight so seeing him doing the

I was expecting the ending being the revelation the guy was fired for sex with a student or such but this was so much better.

Grant's role as the director so dedicated to "we have to make it REAL" then immediately changing his tune when the test audience hates it is the perfect capper.

And I wasn't at all shocked the Oscars ignored a movie that skewered Hollywood so perfectly. That opening shot alone made Altman deserve an Oscar.

And now I once more remember Jimmy Kimmel's glorious bit of doctors pointing out "why are you listening to some blonde bimbo on vaccines instead of, you know, US?"

All this for a show that had to rank among the dumbest ideas of any pilot this season? And that's in a year with THREE time travel series being picked up?

"You think we just kidnap people and kill them?" Good God, Elizabeth doesn't drink the Kool-Aid, she dives into the pool with a cannonball.

"Looks like the real estate value of the Glades just went up…it's called gallows humor." I do love Thea lampshading this stuff.

The show had a computer hacking arrow in its third episode, you're only NOW complaining about this?

I did love when he did the whole Bond villain thing of executing underlings who screwed up in any way…and when he was arrested, Malcom tells him how the rest of HIVE is sick and tired of that and a reason they're letting him rot in jail.

Just waiting for when Barry drops by. "So, say, guys, ran into a Laurel from Earth-2 who's a psycho villain in leather, not sure if that interests you."

Oh yeah, forgot, great payoff, they hand him a paddle, you expect the usual "Oh, God, this again" look and instead he just grins and shows yes, he is great at ping pong.

One of the best is the recurring skit of "An Average Asian." Obvious joke of Bobby Lee as an Asian guy who finds himself hitting one cliche after another wherever he goes:

But wasn't the sitcom already reinvented by….Mulaney?

Loved Pannabaker playing Catilin-As-Frost, obviously having a tough time with the heels, leather and wig but trying her best although you could see her thinking "Seriously, what the HELL was I/she thinking with this getup?"

Like when Iris found out in season 1, she went from utter annoyance to actually fun character.

Barry: "We'll just keep quiet we saw an alternate Earth Laurel who's alive and evil."
Cisco: "Um, what if Oliver finds out?"
Barry: "How's he going to find out?"
Cisco: "Um, dude, he ALWAYS finds these things out, it's how our world rolls."

Yeah, I was seriously thinking "Um, you don't have to leave THE ENTIRE SCRIPT into your movie, you can leave stuff for the DVD."

It is interesting how just when you think you're about to get tired of "Jackson showing up as yelling guy," he turns out a truly great performance to win you over again.
