Well Hillary certainly isnt working to get MY vote. Shes not trying to draw in millenials or Sanders voters, instead she just blames them for her not destroying Trump in the polls. Im not undecided btw, neither of these candidates represent my views, and I refuse to vote for Hillary out of fear for the other candidate.

yeah but see the problem with that is, the merchant can REQUIRE you to stand right there while they count it out. Even if it takes hours. So the person trying to pay that way can sit there and stew for a very long time, and if they try to leave the owner can call the cops.
