Good ranking, but I’d put Insurrection above Nemesis and Final Frontier. Insurrection was just mediocre. It was a little lazy from a writing standpoint (“Oh hey Worf! Glad you’re here for some reason, now on with the movie.”). But it did at least explore a genuine ethical dilemma.

I would say healthcare is probably the biggest shocker. I have two daughters, one is still a baby that gets sick on a bi-weekly basis. Every time we take her to the doctor, I can expect a $200 bill. And if the doctor actually does anything worthwhile... add other $200-$600.
