Main question about Alexandra after her park and quartet scene is whether she's hundreds or thousands of years old.

I've enjoyed revisiting all the characters. It's taking its time to map out the city and the relationships within that city. I know Defenders is a superhero show, but I'm enjoying the slower pace and detective aspects.

How have they avoided a Tango and Cash reference so far?

I read Erlich's racism as negatively portrayed by the show. Now he doesn't suffer many consequences, but that seems an indictment of cultures in SV. Like most everything else in the show.

As a lecturer at MIT, I feel for Big Head. I only wanted soup when I was hired.

Kent would be an AMAZING DM.

I'm a bit surprised how deep their contemporary references are running in this arc. A pundit sexually harassing a co-worker with "furniture shopping" is a bit of a deep dive into the clusterf*ck of our current reality.

"as a means of satiating HBO’s more cynical viewers"

I hoped for the Full Angel last week, but I was wrong. The anti-Angel is an inferior ending but a far more appropriate ending for Grimm. This show was always a happily ever after show despite the name.

But Team Supergirl does play Catan.

I'll accept nothing less than Team Angel going full Angel finale.

Way too few songs, but the songs were fun as hell.

The fathers' duet is the best ren faire moment I've seen in ages. I hope they release an album.

Weird how fresh this show felt two years ago. It does need to remember it's supposed to be the best "light" superhero show on television.

Danny Pudi fighting over a batterang. Now that's fan service.

April? Damn you, Hydra!

After this morning, I'm on the Sasheer Zamata as wingless urd-man Stephen Miller band wagon.

The move from kill the old guy to "pack up and leave" was about as inconsistent play as we've seen from Nick in a long time.

The red herring Wessen was the most Angel play to date.
