one big upside to this is the possibility of lowering car insurance for safe drivers, If I have proof of my driving habits recorded on this thing I should be able to negotiate lower premiums.

I care......

I would assume the main purpose of bicycle helmets is to protect you in the event you're hit by a car or from hitting your head on something very hard, like a sidewalk curb.

ok makes sense now, yeah the sign says "Hetch Hetchy Trail".

Hetch Hetchy is a trail in Yosemite, not sure why there is a trailhead there.

Man: I thought you said you were wearing a condom

If the Surface is on here how come the iPad mini isn't?? a lot of the same gripes apply, worse screen than competition, less power than the competition but over $100 more expensive.....

aaahhhh thank you, sir. the article didn't mention that, and apparently I can't because I'm using an Apps account.

make the Pit Bull!

doesnt work for me, flight in 3 weeks, confirmation in my gmail, nothing shows up

it is true, I haven't used any security whatsoever on my laptop or pc in years, (maybe a decade) and have never once had any malware issues, just pay attention to what you are downloading and installing. don't do or click on dumb s*!t online and you are good.

I think this will come down to usage. when I used to have to carry around my laptop with me everywhere I would kill for a sub 2lb device that had an i5 4GB, and an SSD. but now that I no longer need to carry it with me everywhere I'd rather spend half the money and just use an iPad.

because it would stop people from clicking through to the (non) article. Come on Giz! this story should be deleted all together. this is stupid!! the two source links don't mention this at all.

when HSPA+ is pretty damn fast as it is, I don't see the big deal, unless you are on Sprint or Verizon, I stream video on my phone and anything above 4-5Mbps is plenty fast, what can you possibly do on a phone that would provide a noticeable difference between 8 and 15 mbps??

this is a great idea, I have an old Nexus One that doesn't really work very well anymore and is small enough to hide under the seat. I recently lost a bike after a night out consuming adult beverages.

did anyone actually read the article??? who gives a shib about your phones, if the entire first response emergency communications network is based on LTE, that will go down. lets also consider that some networks have plans to eliminate 3G and send voice over LTE, there will come a day when 3G goes the way of Analog
