Great review. I actually think DC should add Hawkgirl/woman to their permanent Justice League lineup. They could use for females (ie: more than one), and Black Canary just doesn't match their power-level (Batman gets a pass though).

No one is addressing the changing of talent behind the scenes: Glen Morgan & James Wong essentially became creative control around Season 2 and left part way through Season 4 — exactly matching up with the start of the decline in quality.

Great review. I actually really liked this episode. Plenty of dumb for everyone, but a step up the last few weeks, especially the dud mid-season opener.
