I think this was the first time I had thought about what kind of reputation the gang must be developing and what kinds of rumors about them might be floating around the Uncharted Territories. It's a brilliant stroke because, as you intimate, we have been privy to all the bumbling, bickering, backstabbing and the

Oz has yet to be supplanted as the best gay porn for a mainstream audience.

Wilkins' Farscape reviews were about the best I've read on AV Club and inspired some of the best reader commentary ever, so I'm really looking forward to them resuming. The bar is set very high. No pressure or anything, but expect the Dominar to rip you a new one if you disappoint.

Having similar feelings. I was hooked on this show for about four seasons, took some years off, then went back and caught up. This is the first season I've watched in "real time" for several years. I enjoy it … and really want it to end, especially because the heart of the show is Meredith and Christina's

I know I found it helpful, in the 7th grade. That's not to say it should be mandatory or that it (or something similar) is essential in order to master grammar. It's another tool.

My cat is Jonesy's reincarnation. I didn't even believe in reincarnation, but my cat is so diabolical that he could easily maneuver Harry Dean Stanton into just the right corner to be munched by the alien and would definitely conspire to arrange events so he gets to cuddle with Sigourney Weaver in a space pod. Plus,

Union rules dictate that we get 1 hour for lunch and a 15 minute break for every 1hr 45min of work time. Thus, opportunities for quickies are preserved.

Speaking for the homosexual agenda, I just want to say that we love the Benham's and all Christians (and Muslims too, and people of the Jewish persuasion, Buddhists, Rastafarians, and so on…) and we can be loving and compassionate toward all people.

The "GoT world" is the invention of a 20th-21st Century American novelist and its 21st-Century adaptation to the screen a collaboration of mostly Western producers, writers, directors and actors. I'd say 21st Century morality (particularly, Western if not specifically American morality) is relevant to assessing what

Baltimore can be quite a fun town with Dr. Chilton as your guide!

“Just a bunch of overheated jocks too dumb to know they have no future, fighting over a game that has no meaning, in a town from which there is no escape.” Brava, Tyra! Unfortunately, she's summing up how I'm feeling about this show right now. I really do want to persevere because I'm pretty sure most folks must be

by the end of these two episodes, the shaky-cam extreme close-up had already begun to grate on me

If this is half-as-good a movie as it was a book, it'll be worth watching.

This is what is so disappointing. They took another shot at filming an adaptation of a great book and apparently misfired — again. Someday someone will figure out how to do it right.

What happened to the curfew? I guess in Beacon Hills, curfews only apply to teenagers but not pre-adolescent trick-or-treaters.

Stiles, the Master Manipulator, he who holds the Illuminated Key
Stiles, the one Scott's dad warned him about — "a mass murderer being controlled by someone, far worse."
Stiles, "Do you?"

I am perfectly capable of — and indeed, judging from the still, looking forward to — fetishizing Aaron Eckhart.

I like them, but I think they could have been completely amazing if only Ricky Wilson had lived.

-Isaac's shirtless technique would've worked on me.

I thought American Hustle was a pretty funny black comedy, but overlong and ultimately minor. I don't get the accolades, but I guess that's an indication of how low the quality of films were this year. And I'm pretty surprised at Christian Bale's nomination, since I didn't think he was anything special in that film.
