Even though I knew the Master was coming, I had NO IDEA that the strange guy was indeed him. This combined with the origin of the Cybermen reveal and the Bill situation and I was throwing 'Holy fuck!'s around.

A 'C' is way too low. I can understand where the reviewer is coming from, there was a lack of finalization to many stories. That said, the 'rushed' ending was accompanied by a series of WTF's since Wolfgang was captured. Insane progress in so short a time with many awesome moments. I personally give it a B+.
