I think the OP was pointing out that most of the listed drinks (10 of 14 unless the “Hit by a truck” is a shot of everclear with a dad beer chaser) are very much 2 ingredient cocktails.

True Spanish Gin is..... different. Its not nearly as dry as the London Dry find that dominate the US market. Also, they vanish them with all kinds of shit outside of the classic lime/lemon. Think like, berries and orange wheels and thyme sprigs and such.

Sour mix is Trash unless you’re making it in-house every damn day. Every other-day if you can store it in glass And your mixer-well is kept cold all the time.
