I’ve been obsessing about 1990/91 Renault Clios with the pre-92 logo and intact rear windshield wiper, a feature from original Clios that no longer looks that special but back in 1990 it looked incredibly futuristic, much thicker than usual. I used to call it “robot arm”. The plastic cap covering the bolt is a very

One person was in the passenger seat and the other in the back seat, so nobody was driving the car, ok that ended as expected. Darwin award.

lHow is there not a Volvo wagon being suggested..
You want to sleep in it? Boom, plenty of room.

I had a Ford Escape of that era. So did two friends. Both had the transmission go out just past 70k miles. One friend took it to an independent transmission shop and they told him they saw the Escape transmissions go out all the time - in fact there was a third-party repair kit that was sold to address whatever

I always loved when power window switches have two levels of “click”. The first level is normal operation. The second level requires a harder push and express opens or closes. Simple but useful. I think BMW or VW invented this, but it’s becoming commonplace.

My Viper has extra wiring from the factory in the rearview mirror specifically designed to connect a radar detector.

As much as I love my Sportwagen, I miss the fold flat front passenger seat with it’s hard plastic back and the hard plastic rear seat backs and cargo floor with the tracks for ties downs on my 2008 Toyota Matrix XR.

When looked at in terms of $$ per dash switch, this is an insanely good value.

“I need to lay low for a while, do you have any surplus airplanes I can mount to a truck chassis?”

I think Hawley is especially dangerous because, unlike Gaetz, Taylor-Greene, Trump, DeSantis, Kemp, and many others, he’s not a blithering idiot. I don’t think he believes in much of anything except that he can ride a bunch of stupid, angry, white, men, to personal power.

But enough about Nascar...

People who hang out hoping to video a crash are low life bottom feeders.  Also, I watch all their crash videos.

...and now Silverado guy is both literally and figuratively upside down in that truck.

Automatic headlights AND synchronization of the exterior lights and the windshield wipers.

Having grown up in Michigan, I agree with you on the Michigan Left. However, I would also suggest the Diverging Diamond. It has proven to be effective in reducing accidents, especially left turn accidents, but it’s probably more confusing than a roundabout for first timers. MoDOT constructed the first one in

The tunnels were already a stupid idea in LA. Vegas traffic isn’t even on the same level as LA traffic. Nobody wants this.

I’ve worked in trucking for over 50 years. All these answers are wrong. They are called “hotdog doors”. Whenever we go to truck stops to do whatever it is we do there, we also buy lots of hotdogs. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold, it all depends on the altitude of your location. We would store said hotdogs in the
