Saw Garrera.

Bring me the head of Yukio Mishima Akira Yoshida

Yet there’s no reason for her to look strange; in neither the manga nor the animae, there’s no reason to believe or infore that Alita looks any different (in the face) than anyone else. Sure, her cyborg arms look different... but otherwise she looks human. She is upset that her boyfriend is upset with her BODY, not

Because you’re a weeb. A sick, sick weeb.

No, they look fucking weird and have no basis in the source material.

(She’s Martian Hispanic)

Uhm, bullshit.

Well, Tiphares is... yeah they were white guys. With no brains.

Especially when Alita is actually hispanic? (via Mars but)

CYBORG

This story takes place in Kansas City, Missouri, fool. Alita is Hispanic via Mars resettlement. Set yourself on fire.

She’s a cyborg, dipshit.

Which she shouldn’t be. She’s never presented as super-unhuman in the face in the manga/anime. The arms/body? Yeah a bit. But her face? NOPE.

“There are no other characters in the trailer with huge eyes because there are no others in the manga with huge eyes.”

This would be great if Alita/Gally wasn’t a hispanic from Mars. AKA a cyborg designed to look like a normal human.

My entire with the big weird eyes is that they weren’t an issue in the source material as it was all treated as manga, and all the stylization was fine... and you would translate all of it to IRL.

There is no inference in the source manga/anime that Alita looks any different than a human.

Rebels (S02E05 “Wings of the Master”) came along and canonized the B-Wing as “Blade Wing” which actually manages to make some sense.
