He’s right, you know. All you have to do is point to that 12 hour stretch where the entire planet goes dark at once while the sun passes behind the flat disk of Earth. Frankly I’m surprised nobody has noticed this nightly phenomenon yet.

Money laundering, wire fraud, tax evasion, things like that. The entire system is a conspiracy to commit tax evasion, but the ringleader of the racket is the NCAA which prevents players from claiming their income legally.

It’s not that DC movies don’t work — The Dark Knight is an example of one that works pretty perfectly — it’s that the DC Extended Universe, the cinematic universe that DC tried putting together, that didn’t work and it comes down to one very simple reason: time. People want to go see movies where they can enjoy themselves and have a good time, not oddly color-graded deconstructions of heroism bogged down with unnecessary CGI.
