Why would he even need the metal suit, tho?

Ohhhhhh!
Right, so, perfect.
The use of number-in-title is atrocious and deserving of its placement on this list, but Lucky Number Slevin is a decently made, fun movie. Thus begins and ends my lukewarm take.
“Iggy needs to get his nuts checked.”
Take solace in the much better actor who it appears may wind up in the role instead.
Most concerning: Where’s the “v” tho? How are we supposed to know who’s v who in this movie???
Totally agree. The costumes look gross, the colors are awful. Almost homemade. I get if they’re going for “gritty” or “authentic,” but this stuff just looks like C-level cosplay, at least to me.
She’d be an incredible get for Marvel, and is one hell of an actress. I was shocked to see so many comments last night on stories about her potential casting (on this site and others) lamenting that Katee Sackhoff isn’t being more strongly considered. I’m not a Sackhoff hater, but, c’mon, guys.
Speaking of Sansa, her story arc is interesting. I don’t know why she lied to them about knowing about their uncle.
Asking from a place of genuine curiosity, if also because I had the complete opposite reaction: Why do you think that this was the thing that lost you? I ask in part because I don’t think you’re alone; while the response I’ve seen to this episode and especially the Hodor reveal has been almost universally positive, I…
Yeah, that’s fair, I guess it would be the first example of them explicitly stating a major plot development in a title. Even “Attack of Clones” has some ambiguity - who are the clones? Clones of whom? Who are they attacking? But idk, I guess I’m realizing I really don’t have strong title feelings in general. If it’s…
I’m sure you’re not the only one who feels that way. You’re the only one I’ve met who does, but nothing wrong with an unpopular opinion if it’s honest. You actually brought up one of mine: Assuming you’re referring to Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, I find that entire show to be super annoying and not at all funny,…
Whether or not it’s any better than the schlock that is Force Awakens will not be determined by the title.
That said, it’s a pretty solid, Empire-Strikes-Back-y title for the second installment in the new trilogy. In the unlikely event that it’s real, I approve.
I hated the modern-day portions as well, found them to be entirely unnecessary and contrary to the attraction of the game, which was to explore and fight through elaborate historic locales in the past. Also, the resolution of the present-day plot in ACIII was beyond stupid.
Counterpoint: This game series would have been massively improved if they had omitted the Animus as a device and the present day plotline entirely. The entire game should have taken place in the past, with each sequel picking up a new character and location, no explanation needed. Every time I played one of these…
It’s so good!
