It’s like doing all three Godfather films at the same time.

As a sad Knicks fan, I’m painfully aware and shame-bound to note that Toronto has New York’s pick in this upcoming draft, thanks to the (... gulp... sigh... weep) Andrea Bargnani trade. Pre-lottery it’s the eighth position, so they’ll at least have a better chance than usual to find that missing piece.

My guess for the Vulture in the new Spider-Man film is that he’ll be a minor, possibly humorous character in the film, with Spidey beating him up in spectacular fashion right as it starts. This would help re-establish for the viewer that this is a Spider-Man who’s been operating for some time, knows his powers well

The Under the Red Hood plotline is absolutely the right sequel, since it necessitates a Batman who’s been Batman for long enough to have had a Robin, fought crime with him long enough to develop a deep bond, and then tragically lost him to the Joker. It also would lend itself to including the Joker in the film, which

Major fail when you have to have the character tell it instead of just letting it be.

I think the amazing thing about VII is that Finn and Rey don’t come from anywhere, and they find a place. So to me, it’s funny that people think it’s so important because I don’t really think it is.

Except that’s a farce, they lose money because they choose to spend themselves into deficits on ridiculous luxuries, not because college sports are inherently unprofitable. From the Washington Post:

My suspicion is that the purpose of Quentyn Martell’s book plot was to establish that not just anyone can tame a dragon, so that when Book Tyrion finally gets there... and does it, as I suspect he will in some form or fashion in the book as well as the show ... it’s crystal clear to the reader that this reflects

This is a fantastic trailer. I’m irrationally pumped for this season.

How about the person inflicting the violence is the problem?

The Sixers are in an objectively far superior position today than when he took over.

More of a character flaw than a hobby, but yes, absolutely.

Hinkie amassed a ton of draft picks and constantly used the 76ers’ cap room to force his way into trades and acquire small assets. There’s an irony in the fact that, with the full quiver of picks that he’s rightfully proud of coming due in the 2016 draft, the smartest move for the 76ers is having anybody but Hinkie

I like SJo, but after seeing Edge of Tomorrow, I was definitely disappointed that Emily Blunt turned down the Black Widow role.

You seem to think that the studio keeps all of the box office take. How do you think theaters make money? It’s not just popcorn and drinks. While the percentage varies, distributors only get a little over half of the box office take on average. So $697.6 million overall becomes about ~$380 million, which is less than

Looking only at the Avengers-titled films is an odd sampling choice.

Go Kristaps. GO. Please! Don’tcha see that I don’t want you anymore! Just, go on! *sobs*

You know things have gone sideways when James Dolan becomes the voice of reason and Knicks’ fans only hope.
