only one Acura under 30k the ILX and the Accord is a better value IMO.

I have a '13 Volt and second this recommendation. It's worth even more if you can plug in at work (I can't). I do about 15,000 per year and usually average 75-80% electric drive for a typical 100MPG.

Don't forget the Altima.

A used Chevy Volt. I can speak from experience in that I drove 30,000 miles a year. I bought a 2011 Volt with less than 30,000 miles for around $20k. 11,000 miles later the result is that it costs me about 1/4 that of the old 12 year old Prius it replaced in terms of overall "fuel"costs ( counting electrical costs)…
