What I thought. Probably just mainly empty legislative posturing.

I was thinking that raising the bridge the 8" would fix most of the problem until I noticed the signs. It had already been raised. It seems to be one that’s in good shape though.
Tucker, with money.
My TransSport with the super powerful 3.1 (before they redid it with port FI and gained a bunch of horses) never had any internal transmission or engine issues. It went to the crusher without ever needing an oil added or dripping a drop.
Well, not exactly stamping bodies out. Something more like molding them.
Well that was worthless. At least it’s short.
I think what they have on display changes a lot. (I could be wrong.)
For a whole lotta city dwellers there’s no parking at work or maybe one for $50 a day, so they take some kind of transit to work.
I never thought that any car designers could come up with a worse front end design than various giant Toyota trapezoidal fireplace maws, but I was wrong. Those guys have topped themselves with this one.
I remember some reviewer comparing the manual shift on some Chrysler product (Omnirizon or K?) as being like stirring a wooden spoon in a bucket of ice cubes.
Drove one of those across the US once. Worst bench seat and worst AC I’ve ever encountered in any vehicle ever.

OK, it’s been ten years now, but I went looking for a Versa hatchback at Bayside Nissan in Brooklyn. Me: normal looking, typically dressed middle aged white guy. Bunch of sales people around. No one paid any attention to me for a long time. Finally a woman salesperson did (I may have had to approach her). First thing…
The Qashqai (Rogue Sport) is a perennial best seller in the UK. They don’t seem to sneer at Nissan like we do here. Also by the way according to Consumer Reports stats whatever was wrong with the always failing Nissan CVT seem to have been fixed in recent years.
It would be simple for electric cars to start off slower/much lower power when in reverse. They take off with full power from a standing start, unlike IC engine cars. No one needs to go 0-60 in 3.2 seconds backwards.
Oh, the current Corvette. I’ve had a look at two parked ones just recently. They look like kit cars designed by a 17 year old guy. But I guess demand is a lot higher than supply, no doubt also at least partly chip related. That’s basically of course what prices of anything depend on - supply and demand.
Definitely pollution would improve
“breaks....breaks....breaks”
Could be something simple.
Try a Camaro or a Corvette
