Anything would be more refined than a Honda Fit.

Even in Europe minivan people movers of all sizes are either turning into crossover SUVs or disappearing entirely. It’s stupid, but that’s what the consumer is buying.

This why you need leather. The ketchup. And crumbs.

I don’t even know hardly anything about auto wiring but yes, it’s a ground problem or whatever is involved on that side these days.

But why exactly?

Is the “sell” recommendation for any of these realistic? Or does that mean take $50 from the junkyard unless they don’t pay anything any more, or donate all of them to the local NPR station?

Should be pretty internal rind-free though.

Since it’s apparently International Grammar Day, can we discuss “its” and “it’s”?

Someone fucked up.

This clearly communicates “happy carefree British holiday”.

Blanket cynicism is not intellectually defensible. The current US administration is led by a vision and moral-free ignoramus who has been very effective in one way, and in a very short time: turning the direction of the federal government in the direction of being a personal fiefdom.

Me! And everything and everyone else, top to bottom.

It took a long time for Honda to give up and copy what Chrysler had done with the track years before.

Because, I assume, you don’t live here in the US. I’ve never heard an American call them anything else. But nice use of “reversing” instead of this “reverse light” stuff.

Good point. Before Daytime Running Lights people might turn on just the parking/turn signal lights if it was a bit darkish, and they would be amber. Me, I just let the car do whatever it wants with the lights and it does a good job. Also followed Citroen and Tucker after all these decades and the headlights look

Good job. You go girl.

I’ve heard of rear fog lights on European cars, but I don’t get it? Anyone?

Again, that only works because there is still fluid pressure in the transmission from running a few seconds before. Also, “one clicks off the ignition then turns it back on while driving down the road in an automatic”- not a good idea.

As mentioned in comments here several times, automatic transmissions used to have a rear pump whose only function was to create fluid pressure when the car was being pushed or otherwise moving with the engine not running so the engine would turn over and start. They were all eliminated in around the 1960's.

I’m pretty sure that all or at least many automatic transmissions originally had a rear pump just for push starting, but they were eliminated in around the 1960's. Back when Oldsmobile introduced the Hydramatic cars and into the 1950's cars had serious chrome plated steel bumpers with some distance from the body.
