Holy shit, you're right.

To be fair, there were some physical acting elements involved with his performance in "The Fighter" that he pulled off well. Plus, you know, the Oscar.

I love Jason Clarke, and think he's one of the next big stars. Did great TV work on "Brotherhood," and had some really good performances in "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" and "Zero Dark Thirty." Even managed to pull off a nice performance in "Lawless" despite almost everything else in that movie sucking. But I don't

I'm waiting for the gimmick account with that name and a Semyon avatar. All they'll talk about is killing rats and how they're not hungry.

He did NOT want to talk about it. Though maybe the other guy just had an e-cig on him.

Swedgen!

I have to say, I did enjoy his combat skills and the whole self-confident way he went about it. Was not expecting that.

It looked like one of those bowls you eat pho out of.

I'm sure she's a good musician on her own. But I'm sorry, the stuff she's sang in this show and the obnoxious close-up shots have just been too much.

Not true dude, "Reign of Fire" is in my top ten!

I'd heard that the second season was actually delegated to the Manager of Cock, though those were just rumors.

Paul's conversation with the guy in the club:

"Will you hold me?"

No overly-melodramatic guitar player in this episode, so this one was probably the best.

They are legitimately diving into the darker, less explored realms of the human psyche. Not just in terms of murder or crime, but with the sexual dysfunction that seems to be affecting a lot of the characters (Frank, Paul, Caspere, etc.) And the production design elements you mentioned are really adding to that.

Genisys really could have used Christian Bale. Not to act, just to yell at Jai to get off the fucking set.

They were throwing "apoplectic" around a lot tonight. To be fair though, it is worth more Scrabble points then "aplexed."

Even though we aren't even halfway done with the season, I was not enjoying how most of the storylines seemed wholly separate from one another. In this episode though, it was really starting to come together. When Paul bumped into Frank at the club, that was a legitimately cool moment.

Yeah, I could tell what they wanted to communicate with that first line. But it just didn't work.

Episode 1: "Never do anything out of hunger. Not even eating."
