I agree with all your points and would even add that it is far too light, though very similar I'd say the DS2 was a much better controller, the triggers just killed it for me.

The difference with the share button is that I thought it was more like a switch, when you hit it, it begins to stream your gameplay. It was my misunderstanding on that. It actually brings up a menu first, which completely negates what I had to say.
