The worst I've seen was one on a truck about 13 years ago, in Ohio. It said: If I knew it was gonna be this bad, I'd of picked the cotton myself.
CLR, works great on seized bolts just leave it on 10 min or so. A blowtorch and DOT 3 brake fluid (heat the bolt/nut and pour some DOT 3 on it).
