The drink was made with liquid nitrogen. Bartenders make glasses cold and drinks look foggy with liquid nitrogen. It wasn't her fault, the bartender probably poured too much in. Its actually pretty common to see drinks that use liquid nitrogen.

There was an artist I stumbled across many years ago that reminded me of this, however, it was a little darker and grittier, it reminded me of the Morrowind artwork at the same time. I imagine it being drawn in Ald'Ruhn. Dirty, dusty but with alienesque creatures.

I always considered "headlights" as a euphemism for another part of the anatomy. Think about the first "Cars" movie. After Lightning won his race he was "flashed" by two, twin, apparently female, Miatas. That is what I always referred to headlights as. You would leave out some adult humor if the headlights were eyes…
