I’m a Pats fan so obviously I want to see them win but even if I wasn’t I would want to see them win the Super Bowl so Roger has to hand the MVP trophy to Tom.

Funny how most people figured that if New England just went 2-2 in the games without Brady, they’d be just fine to make the playoffs. Right now, I don’t see that any team in the NFL is playing well enough to beat them WITHOUT Brady, much less with him. Sigh.
I don’t always trust stats like that because a player like edleman can catch a 10-15 yd pass and then run 40 yards for a touchdown and technically he just got a 50 yd td catch.
Go dawgs.
To be fair (and I’m another huge Pats fan), as the “Pats are nothing without Brady” talk has indeed quieted, the “Brady’s nothing without Belichick” talk has ramped up, and we’re going to have to be listening to this “Brady’s a system QB” nonsense for the rest of his career.
Full disclosure, I’m a huge Pats fan so I might be a little bias here. But in all honesty, you (in general not you personally lol) can’t downplay the fact that Belichick is an incredible coach, as has as well as an insanely talented staff. He’s handled this entire thing masterfully. There is no way on earth you can…
Gronk isn’t truly back yet either - be scared!
And Belichick crafted the exact running offense he needed to win with a nervous Who Dat at QB. Which I’m shocked that the Texans didn’t seem to anticipate he would do just that.
Even since the Brady suspension, I’ve been telling fans here Boston that AT WORST, the Pats would go 2-2 in those four games. This start is not a surprise, even with the third string QB.
Yeah, Mitchell with some time for his arm to continue healing and getting in reps with Brady... that could be fantastic.
Pretty sure once Brady comes back the entire team is going to fall apart because they think Brady will just do everything by himself. At least I’m hoping that’s what happens...
No need to be rude, just point out Pittsburgh’s record against Brady.
Denver’s defense is worse than last year, the Pats have gained an offensive line, and there still doesn’t look like there’s any way the Denver offense will carry them. And NE should have won both games even with the depleted roster they had by that time of the year, so it’s not like they weren’t close.
Weak on O and D line? The D-line was a strength last year, and is much deeper this year. The o-line suuuucked last year for sure, but they brought back their HOF line coach, drafted an immediate starter, and have several second-year players doing quite well. Tonight that line allowed only one pressure, one, on the…
That was my primary thought after the game. They finally have that decent to good WR in Hogan and a second decent to good TE in Bennett. In addition the defense seems to be capable of really great stops and the offensive line is finally holding up.
Um. Well you see... But... I can’t argue. Vikes used to be legit?
Don't forget ol Tad Dickman, who is actually a person employed by the Jaguars!

Thank you for breaking up the Carolina fan circle jerk that was going on in this thread with some actual fucking facts.
Meh. They’re not my team, I’m just trying to be supportive
