Well, they already authorize the free or reduced price broadcast via AFN, so that’s not the barrier. With the update that the games will be shown at the USO, that is great, but the time difference make it suck super bad.

 The worst are about space A travel and full replacement value insurance. So. Damn. Stupid.

Even on AFN, you can get 3 or 4 games at once. That was nice this year. I’m in Germany, and local tv carries at least one game as well. Watched all four games last weekend in Austria while on a ski trip. The time difference is brutal, though!

I’m stationed overseas, but not at a FOB or other remote location. I’ll fire up the VPN and watch online. The govvie shutdown does have the added benefit of killing AFN commercials.
