Is she really in her 20s?
She seems to be another in the long line of white women being heralded for their soul singing prowess. At least she can get her foot in the door. Black women who sing soul music have a harder time getting signed nowadays. It's like Elvis all over but with women.
Has an ugly chic ever actually played Jane Eyre on screen? It seems directors have a different view of "plain" than the novel.
I will never again complain about my once-every-2-years transvaginal ultrasound due to fibroids.

What about the people she's featured who are legit? I assume over the 20 years or so her show has been on the air the good experts far outnumber the bad apples but it wouldn't make for as salacious a story to say maybe 5% of the experts on her show turn out to have issues.
Their business plan will fail eventually. What gives a brand value is exclusivity. Once they have saturated the market with Kardashian panties, toothpaste, condoms..etc their name will have no value. They have shown that they will endorse anything so even their fans will be dubious about buying their recommendations.…
I'm tired of all these bimbettes coming out of the woodwork to say they were just "playing a character." Why couldn't you play someone intelligent? That these women have been rewarded for coming accross like dimwits is shameful
@sushini: What I got from her statement was that MTV greenlighted her show knowing that it was going to focus on her professional endeavors then pulled a bait-and-switch and tried to get her to air personal drama. When she refused, they canned the show.
@sushini: She didn't say the Hills was highbrow. Her new show was a documentary detailing the launch of a fashion line from the ground up.
I'm disappointed about Lauren conrad's show. I was looking forward to a docu-style show about the launch of a fashion line.
They changed the shape of her hips completely. Why not hire someone with the body you want instead of airbrushing curves on someone?
I was amazed that once I stopped eating so much junk I stopped craving it. That shit really is addictive. Now I crave fresh food and as a result I've taking up actual cooking—like with fresh foods and a stove and everything! It's scary!
I'd be curious to know if there are higher instances of infertility in white women which could possibly be linked to undiagnosed chylamdia.
There's nothing shocking or remotely controversial on the premiere episode I watched. MTV is probably loving the attention. I'm sure they'll recoup the losses by getting some Birth Control and Condom advertisements.
Kim K is a fame monster. She leeches onto more popular celebrities/shows to propel her own fame further. There's no other reason for her to weigh in on the topic of teen pregnancy. Bitch probably has never seen the show.
This is why it irks me when people are like "Slavery was 300 years ago and Blacks should get over it and move on..etc." That book stopped being published a mere 50 years ago. It really hasn't been that long since blacks had no rights. If your parents or grandparents remembers Jim Crow that is a big time clue that not…
@beastybeatsy: I'm sure it does seem that way because certain American media outlets are forcing it down our throat. I'm would wager that the average American is more concerned with whether their favorite NFL team makes the playoffs than they are with a royal wedding.
I wish the American media would stop trying to make royalty happen in the U.S.
