Write ups like this make it look far easier than what I’m sure it actually is. Projects like this always leave me terrified that I’d get it all apart and then never figure out how to get it back together.

They aren’t recommended by the people that make money selling you new tires, the people that make money installing more expensive patches, or by the major tire manufacturers whose lawyers are still butt-hurt from the Firestone/Explorer debacle.
