2nd Gear: But It’s Not Good News For Auto Workers

CP.

Having been the victim of vandalism from a Public Works employee in the city of Chicago, I can tell you “good luck”. Took me 3 years (but fortunately, no lawyers) to recoup my money!

This. I’ve had countless arguments with relatives and friends when they’ve knocked me for owning a “foreign” vehicle. The vast majority of those “foreign” vehicles put food on the table of an American worker. And lets not forget many foreign CEO’s aren’t compensated the way American CEO’s are...

Don’t. Even the Regal GS is auto-only now.

COTD!

I angle or position myself so I can split between cars if I catch it soon enough. At the very least, you get hit and won’t get samiched’ between vehicles. After years on the road, it becomes habit.

Honda beat everyone to the game with the NC700X. It’s the equivalent of a Compass/CR-V/RAV4/etc - has a lot of utility, can do some light off-roading (with the proper tires, a little more so), gets decent mileage.

NP all day long considering the tasteful mods and decent mileage!

The S3 can be had with a manual and cheaper as the Golf R, and if you’re in it for the driving and perhaps the Cars and Coffee notoriety, that’s what you should be looking at.

Yeah, it’s called gambling!

...I’m glad that I live in a state where gas is still affordable. I hope that prices don’t skyrocket while I’m still in possession of this gas guzzler.

Can’t get the 6MT in the Touring...

Exactly. It meets or exceeds all of their wants!

Because the TLX isn’t sold in coupe form...

Why not a Honda Accord Coupe V6 Touring:
